Ingredients
  • 12 ounces large boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • .25 teaspoons salt and black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 ounce green pepper, sliced
  • 1 ounce red pepper, sliced
  • 1 ounce yellow pepper, sliced
  • 1 ounce onion, sliced
  • 1 rib celery, bias sliced
  • 3 ounces scallions, sliced
  • 1 small carrots, thin slice
  • .5 ounces green cabbage, thin sliced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, chpd (optional)
  • For Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce (light preffered)
  • 2 tablespoons chicken broth (cold)
  • 1.5 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon asian chili garlic (optional)
  • .5 teaspoons cornstarch
Instructions
  1. Cut up chicken into strips or desired pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cut up peppers, carrots, celery, onion into strips. Cut up scallions into slices. Thin slice cabbage.
  2. Combine the two oils then use half the oil to stir fry chicken until chicken it is done, set aside.

    Using the rest of the oil stir fry cabbage, onion, celery and carrots for a couples minutes then add peppers,mushrooms and ginger, stir fry until tender, about 1 minute. Combine all sauce ingredients stir until corn starch is dissolved and add to stir fry, let thicken. Remove from heat add scallions.

     

  3. When Using Sauce

    add as little or ass much sauce as you desire.

  4. For Sauce
  5. Combine all ingredients except corn starch. Mix well. Add starch mix until dissolved. Pour into pan and cook over medium – high heat stir from time to time until sauce as thickened.

    Add to stirfry.

    Mix chicken with vegetables and sauce. Serve with rice.
