Ingredients
  • 3 pounds corned beef brisket (with seasoning package)
  • 2 teaspoons black peppercorns (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon all spice (whole berries, cracked - optional)
  • 1 teaspoon cloves (cracked - optional)
  • 3.5 cups water (for bottom of pan)
Instructions
  1. Trim unwanted fat and wash under cold running water. place in oven safe pan then top with seasoning package and any optional seasonings.

  2. pour 3 1/2 cups of water into pan (do not pour over meat) and cover with top or foil.

  3. Cook for 3 1/2 hours then remove from oven and let rest for 20-30 minutes.

     

  4. Serve as you like.
