Vegan Long Grain Yellow Rice
Ingredients
Instructions

Rinse long-grain rice until water runs clear.
Add rice and all other ingredients to pot, except for butter.

Stir to blend all ingredients together.

Over high heat bring rice to a boil and then reduce heat to a simmer immediately.

Let rice simmer on low until all liquid has absorbed about 15-18 minutes.

Remove lid and add butter.
Fluff up and serve.
