Vegan Long Grain Yellow Rice

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Rinse long-grain rice until water runs clear.

    Add rice and all other ingredients to pot, except for butter.

  2. Stir to blend all ingredients together.

  3. Over high heat bring rice to a boil and then reduce heat to a simmer immediately.

  4. Let rice simmer on low until all liquid has absorbed about 15-18 minutes.

  5. Remove lid and add butter.

    Fluff up and serve.
