Brussels Sprout Creamy Bisque
Place a pot over medium heat
Add oil and let it heat up
Add onion and cook for 3 minutes stirring constantly. Do not brown.
Add Brussels sprouts and stir, cook for another 2 minutes.
Add stock and black pepper, stir and let simmer
Simmer for about 20 minutes or more.
Use an immersion blender to make the soup creamy.
Add coconut cream and stir until well blended.
