Sweet Potato Brownies – No Bake
Ingredients
Instructions

Peel sweet potato and dice into medium size cubes.
Place sweet potatoes and all other ingredients into a food processor and Blitz until well-combined.

Transfer to a baking dish covered with parchment paper or wax paper or spray bottom of pan with non-stick.
Spread evenly into baking dish.

Let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 45 minutes
Slice them into 12 squares
Serve and enjoy!
