  1. Mix mayo, diced celery, onion, relish and mustard with turkey.

    Add Salt and Pepper to taste.

  2. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

  3. Cook turkey bacon in oil until very crispy. Set aside and chop when cooled to room temperature.

  4. Fill lettuce cups with turkey salad, top with green and red peppers, shredded cheddar and chopped turkey bacon.
