Trim unwanted fat and wash under cold running water. place in oven safe pan then top with seasoning package and any optional seasonings.

pour 3 1/2 cups of water into pan (do not pour over meat) and cover with top or foil.

Cook for 3 1/2 hours then remove from oven and let rest for 20-30 minutes.
