Garlic and Parsley Scallops Sauté
Season scallops with salt and pepper.
Place a sauce pan over medium heat, add oil and bring to temperature.
Sauté scallops for 2 minutes per side, repeat until all Scallops are cooked.
Reduce heat to medium-low then add butter to the skillet and let it melt, stir in garlic and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Return scallops to skillet add chopped parsley and stir to coat.
Serve and enjoy!
