Vegan Spiced Apples and Raisins
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
Take large bowl and add all ingredients
Toss to combine everything. Make sure the mixture is well blended.
Arrange apples in an oven safe baking dish with cover.
Bake for 15 minutes covered in the oven.
Remove cover and cook for 5 minutes more or until apples are soft but tender.
Serve hot or room temperature.
